What’s up with this site?
Mercs.net has been my catch-all domain for over a decade. I finally segregated some of my randomness into (mostly) distinct arenas and Mercs is the biz side: {communications, personal development, and/or technology}{training|consulting|products}.
I’ll keep my teaching/learning stuff at LifeLoveAndLearning.com and when I have time for a personal life I’ll post that stuffs at wayne.buckhanan.com or similar. And there are several mini-sites that will likely stay out there on their own like NLPatSea.com (which is in the middle of a revamp too).
I’m in content generating mode and this blog is where the focus is for June.
Oh, and since this is a short domain I figured I’d skip bit.ly and what not in favor of building my own brand recognition at the expense of 3 characters. (It may also have come to mind that a 10 year old domain can only help my SEO. 🙂 )
